Centrifuges

Centrifuges are machines used to separate components of a mixture based on their density by spinning the sample at high speeds. This process, called centrifugation, causes heavier particles to settle at the bottom while lighter components remain at the top. Centrifuges are commonly used in biology, chemistry, and medicine for tasks like separating blood components, isolating DNA, or purifying proteins.
